日常护理结合早教新型护理模式在新生儿护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨日常护理结合早教新型护理模式在新生儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月在榆中县第一人民医院产科出生的60例新生儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)、对照组(30例)。观察组给予日常护理结合早教新型护理,对照组给予日常护理,比较两组的应用效果。结果观察组护理后体重高于对照组,身长长于对照组(P<0.05)。两组护理后头围情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后神经发育评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论日常护理结合早教新型护理模式在新生儿护理中的应用效果较好,可以促进体格、神经发育。Objective To explore the application effect of the daily nursing combined with early education new nursing model in neonatal nursing.Methods A total of 60 neonates born in the Department of Obstetrics,Yuzhong County First People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The observation group was given daily nursing combined with early education new nursing,while the control group was given daily nursing.T he application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The body weight of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the body length was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in head circumference between the two groups after nursing(P>0.05).The neurodevelopment score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the daily nursing combined with early education new nursing mode in neonatal nursing is good,which can promote the physica l and neurological development.
