摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预在狂犬疫苗接种患儿中的应用。方法选取2023年3月1日至12日于济南市历城区疾病预防控制中心接种狂犬疫苗的100例患儿作为研究对象,将2023年3月1日至5日接种的56例患儿作为对照组,2023年3月6日至12日接种的44例患儿作为观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理干预。比较两组负面情绪及总配合率。结果护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总配合率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预在狂犬疫苗接种患儿中的应用可改善患儿的负面情绪、提高配合率,临床可推广应用。Objective To investigate the application of psychological nursing intervention in children with rabies vaccination.Methods A total of 100 children who received rabies vaccine in Jinan Licheng District Center for Disease Control and Prevention from March 1 to 12,2023 were selected as the study objects,56 children who received rabies vaccine from March 1 to 5,2023 were selected as the control group,and 44 children who received rabies vaccine from March 6 to 12,2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention based on the control group.Negative emotions and total cooperation rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total coordination rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention in children with rabies vaccination can improve the negative emotions and cooperation rate of children,and can be popularized in cli nic.
