摘　　要：目的探讨针对性心理护理在女性冠心病患者中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月单县中心医院心内科收治的88例女性冠心病患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(44例,常规护理)和实验组(44例,在常规护理基础上接受针对性心理护理)。比较两组患者焦虑抑郁评分[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、生活质量(SF-36评分)、满意度。结果实验组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性心理护理能有效降低女性冠心病患者的焦虑抑郁评分,提高生活质量与满意度。Objective To explore the application value of targeted psychological nursing in female patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 88 female patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Cardiology Department of Shanxian Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into the control group(44 cases,routine care)and the experimental group(44 cases,targeted psychological nursing on the basis of routine care)using the random number table method.The anxiety and depression scores(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS]),quality of life(SF-36 score),and satisfaction of patients between the two groups were compared.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted psychological nursing can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression scores of female patients with coronary heart disease,improve their quality of life and satisfaction.
