摘　　要：目的:分析后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术治疗输尿管中上段结石的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月—2021年3月山东省滕州市中心人民医院收治的输尿管中上段结石患者194例作为研究对象,随机分为两组。试验组给予后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术治疗,对照组给予经尿道输尿管镜激光手术治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、结石清除率、并发症发生及复发率。结果:两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组结石清除率高于对照组,术后并发症总发生率、复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术治疗输尿管中上段结石的效果显著,可提高取石率,降低并发症发生率及复发率。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy in the treatment of middle and upper ureteral calculi.Methods:From January 2018 to March 2021,194 patients with middle and upper ureteral calculi admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital of Shandong Province were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy and the control group was treated with transurethral ureteroscopic laser surgery.Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,average postoperative hospital stay,stone removal rate,complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The stone removal rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy has a significant effect in the treatment of middle and upper ureteral calculi,it can increase stone removal rate and reduce the complication rate and recurrence rate.
