自行眼球按摩护理干预在青光眼小梁切除术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析青光眼小梁切除术患者术后采用自行眼球按摩护理干预的效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年5月湖北省潜江市中心医院收治的58例青光眼患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各29例。两组患者均行小梁切除术治疗,对照组术后由家属协助进行眼球按摩护理,观察组术后自行眼球按摩护理。比较两组出院时、术后3个月眼压和视力情况以及功能性滤泡形成率、手术成功率。结果:术后3个月,两组眼压均低于出院时,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组最佳矫正视力、裸眼视力均高于出院时,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组功能性滤泡形成率和手术成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青光眼小梁切除术患者术后采用自行眼球按摩护理干预,能有效控制眼压,促进功能性滤泡形成,提高手术成功率,改善视力。Objective:To analyze the effect of eyeball massage nursing intervention by patients in glaucoma patients after trabeculectomy.Methods:A total of 58 patients with glaucoma in Qianjiang Central Hospital of Hubei Province from October 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.All patients in two groups underwent trabeculectomy,the control group received eyeball massage care assisted by family members after surgery,and the observation group received eyeball massage nursing by patients after surgery.The intraocular pressure and visual acuity at discharge and at 3 months after surgery,the rate of functional follicle formation and the surgery success rate were compared between the two groups.Results:At 3 months after surgery,the intraocular pressure in the two groups was lower than that at discharge,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery,the best corrected visual acuity and naked-eye visual acuity in the two groups were higher than those at discharge,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The functional follicle formation rate and surgery success rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The eyeball massage nursing intervention by patients in glaucoma patients after trabeculectomy can effectively control intraocular pressure,promote the formation of functional follicles,improve the success rate of surgery and improve visual acuity.
