品管圈在消毒供应室管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析于消毒供应室管理中应用品管圈的效果。方法:2022年7—12月曹县人民医院消毒供应室开展品管圈管理(管理后),2022年1—6月实施常规管理(管理前),比较管理前后器械清洗合格率和工作人员的工作质量。结果:管理前共统计清洗器械131872件,管理后共统计清洗器械145324件。管理后器械清洗合格率高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。管理后,工作人员沟通能力、团队精神、工作责任心、工作技巧评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈应用于消毒供应室管理中,能有效提升器械清洗质量和工作人员的工作质量,效果较好。Objective:To analyze the effect of quality control circle in the management of disinfection supply room.Methods:The quality control circle management was carried out in the Disinfection Supply Room of Caoxian People's Hospital from July 2022 to December 2022(after management).The routine management was carried out from January 2022 to June 2022(before management).The qualified rate of instrument cleaning and the work quality of the staff before and after the management were compared.Results:A total of 131872 instruments were cleaned before management and 145324 instruments were cleaned after management.The qualified rate of instrument cleaning after management was higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After management,the scores of staff in communication ability,team spirit,work responsibility and work skills were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality control circle in the management of disinfection supply room can effectively improve the quality of instrument cleaning and the work quality of staff.The effect is good.
