摘　　要：目的:探讨护士长量化考核对整体护理质量的影响。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年5月山东省日照市岚山区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心18名护士长作为研究对象,通过制定护士长量化考核方案及评分细则,对护士长日常科室管理、护理部安排的任务完成情况及科室护理质量考评情况进行考核。比较实施前后主要护理指标合格率、全院护理不良事件发生情况。结果:实施后,病区管理合格率、基础护理合格率、急救物品合格率、一级护理合格率、护理文书书写合格率、消毒隔离合格率、患者相关知识知晓率、晨晚间护理落实率、患者健康教育率、患者满意度均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施前后饮食相关、患者转运/交接相关、手术/分娩相关、跌倒坠床、烫伤不良事件发生例数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施后,标本处理相关、药物相关、导管护理相关、液体外渗等护理不良事件发生例数及总例数低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施护士长量化考核可增强护士长管理意识与责任意识,充分调动护士长工作的积极主动性,发挥护士长的管理作用,提升整体护理质量和患者满意度。Objective:To explore the influence of quantitative assessment of head nurse on the overall nursing quality.Methods:From March 2020 to May 2022,18 head nurses from the Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center of Lanshan District in Rizhao City of Shandong Province were selected as the study subjects.Through the formulation of the quantitative assessment scheme and scoring rules of the head nurse,the daily department management of the head nurse,the completion of tasks arranged by the nursing department and the nursing quality of the department were assessed.The qualification rate of major nursing indicators and the occurrence of nursing adverse events in the whole hospital before and after implementation were compared.Results:After implementation,the qualification rates of ward management,basic nursing,first aid supplies,primary nursing,nursing document writing,disinfection and isolation,patient knowledge awareness,morning and evening nursing implementation,patient health education and patient satisfaction were higher than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the number of cases with adverse events related to diet,patient transport/handover,surgery/childbirth,fall and falling from bed,and scald before and after implementation(P>0.05).After implementation,the number of cases with nursing adverse events related to specimen processing,drug,catheter nursing and liquid extravasation and total number of cases were lower than those before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of quantitative assessment of head nurses can enhance the management awareness and responsibility awareness of head nurses,fully mobilize the active initiative of head nurses,give play to the management role of head nurses,and improve the overall quality of nursing and patient satisfaction.
