摘　　要：糖尿病影响体内所有的大小血管,血管功能障碍将导致组织损伤和变性。已有研究表明糖尿病会引起脉络膜缺血和血流灌注异常,而脉络膜是供养黄斑区和视网膜外层的脉管系统,有部分学者认为脉络膜循环障碍可能参与了糖尿病性视网膜病变的发病机制,因此糖尿病脉络膜病变的早期检查就显得尤为重要。该研究将对目前关于糖尿病病人脉络膜结构及血流动力学方面的研究作一综述。Diabetes mellitus affects all blood vessels in the body.Vascular dysfunction will lead to tissue damage and degeneration.Studies have shown that diabetes can cause ischemia and abnormal blood perfusion in the choroid,which is the blood vessel that supplies nourishment to the macula and outer retina.Some scholars believe that choroidal circulation disorders may be involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy,so the early detection of diabetic choroidopathy(DC)is particularly important.This article will review the current researches on choroidal structure and hemodynamics in patients with diabetes.
