摘  要:实验室环境质量直接影响实验效果,由于洁净空调风速系统在控制过程中存在非线性和滞后等问题,导致控制效果不佳,因此,提出并设计基于模糊PID算法的实验室洁净空调风速控制系统。系统硬件由冷水机模块、冷冻泵模块和模糊PID控制器三部分组成,冷水机模块包含冷冻水循环单元和冷却水循环单元,通过温差效应改善冷冻泵模块内部水循环,利用常规PID控制器、模糊库和数据库组成模糊PID控制器。根据模糊PID算法将洁净空调的温、湿度及风速等主要数据进行匹配,并计算隶属度。同时进行监测与报警监控,通过耗能分析解决来实现频率控制,实现实验室洁净空调的风速控制。实验结果表明,所设计系统具有较强耦合性与风速控制能力,且抗扰动性能良好。The quality of the laboratory environment directly affects the experimental results.The control effect of the clean airconditioning wind speed system is poor due to the nonlinear and lag problems in the control process.Therefore,a clean air-conditioning wind speed control system based on Fuzzy PID algorithm is proposed and designed.The hardware of the system is composed of chiller module,chilled water pump module and fuzzy PID controller.The chiller module includes chilled water circulating unit and cooling water circulating unit.The internal water circulation of the chilled water pump module is improved through the temperature difference effect.The fuzzy PID controller is composed of conventional PID controller,fuzzy library and data library.According to the fuzzy PID algorithm,the temperature,humidity and wind speed of the clean air conditioner are matched,and the membership degree is calculated.At the same time,it carries out monitoring and alarm monitoring,and realizes frequency control through energy consumption analysis,so as to realize the wind speed control of clean air conditioning in the laboratory.The experimental results show that the designed system has strong coupling and wind speed control ability,and has good anti disturbance performance.
