摘 要:针对SF6气体密度检测速度问题,设计了一款通过软件自动化校验的SF6气体密度控制器,并基于遗传算法优化的径向基神经网络,对压力传感器的温度补偿器进行优化。仿真实验证明,通过遗传算法优化的径向基神经网络,优化求解的速度大大提高,压力传感器经过温度补偿后仿真结果准确,精度较高。应用实验结果表明,设计的SF6气体密度控制器自动校验软件,检测结果准确,检测速度相较于传统人工检测方式,效率大大提高,值得在SF6气体密度检测中被应用推广。Aiming at the SF6 gas density detection paper,this paper designs a SF6 gas density controller which is automatically verified by software.In the pressure sensor verification,the structure and parameters of radial basis neural network are optimized by genetic algorithm,so as to design the temperature compensator.Experiments show that the radial basis neural network optimized by genetic algorithm greatly improves the speed of parameter solving and has good generalization.Even if untrained data is input,the results obtained by temperature compensation of the pressure sensor are still good with high accuracy.The application test results show that the SF6 gas density controller automatic verification software designed in this paper has accurate detection results,detection speed and efficiency compared with the traditional manual detection method,which is worthy of being applied and popularized in SF6 gas density detection.
