摘 要:为了保证并联电容器的稳定运行,针对内熔丝型电容器组,利用调度三相电流数据,基于采集与监视控制系统(SCADA)相关遥测数据的计算,建立了一套并联电容器组智能监控诊断系统。首先分析了关于电力系统10 kV/35 kV并联电容器组故障击穿原理,然后介绍了整个系统的在线监测和告警策略的设计,并通过仿真分析验证了所设计系统的可行性,最后对建成系统及其功能进行了展示,实际运行效果表明了所设计系统具有较好的应用价值。In order to ensure the stable operation of shunt capacitor,based on the calculation of SCADA related telemetry data by using the scheduling three-phase current data,a set of intelligent monitoring and diagnosis system for shunt capacitor banks is established in this paper.Firstly,the principle of 10kV/35kV shunt capacitor banks fault breakdown in power system based on power grid is introduced in this paper.Then,the design of Online Monitoring and early warning strategy of the whole system is introduced.Meanwhile,the correctness of the model and the feasibility of the designed system are verified through simulation analysis.Finally,the working principle and function display of the built system are introduced.The actual operation results show the good application value of the designed system.
