摘  要:针对目前电能质量问题频发、继电保护装置误动作增多、用电设备寿命缩短、传统电能质量在线监测成本高等问题,研制一套基于SaaS的电能质量在线监测平台。该平台采用B/S架构,由视图层、控制层、业务模型层、资源层和支持层构成,通过设计面向用户业务模型配置方案、在线监测多数据并发自适应读写缓存机制及基于采集请求的终端在线保持方案,实现一次云端部署即可支持多用户使用,具有数据采集传输实时、准确,平台低成本、易扩展、可配置等特点。测试结果表明:平台工作稳定,能够有效监测设备用电质量,提高电能质量预防性维护能力,降低企业使用成本,具有推广价值。Focusing on the problems such as the frequent occurrence of power quality problems,increased misoperation of relay protection devices,shortened service life of electrical equipment,and high cost of traditional online power quality monitoring,the power quality online monitoring platform based on clould computing SaaS is proposed.The platform adopts B/S architecture,which consist of visual layer,control layer,business model layer,resource layer,and support layer.By designing user oriented business model configuration scheme,adaptive read/write caching mechanism for online monitoring data concurrent,terminal online retention and data transmission scheme,and collecting heartbeat connection maintenance method,it support multiple users in one cloud deployment.Also,it has characteristics of real-time and accurate data collection and transmission,low cost,easy scalability,and configurability.Test results indicate that:the platform works stably,can effectively monitor the power quality,improve the preventive maintenance ability of power quality,reduce the cost of enterprise use,and has promotion value.
