摘  要:增程式新能源汽车发动机虽然能够节能,但是也存在缺点,怠速控制不好很容易造成发动机运行不稳定,甚至出现汽车突然熄火问题。针对上述问题,研究一种怠速控制模糊PID算法。该研究中利用转速传感器实时跟踪汽车发动机实际怠速,利用多元线性回归方法预测目标怠速。计算实际怠速与目标怠速之间的差值,以此为输入,利用模糊PID计算控制量,实现对发动机怠速控制。结果表明:基于模糊PID的控制算法的拟合优度达到相对最大值,平均绝对值误差达到相对最小值,由此说明所研究算法控制下,怠速控制精准度更高,更接近预期值,极大程度上提高了增程式新能源汽车的行驶质量。Although the new energy vehicle engine can save energy,it also has shortcomings.Poor idle speed control is very easy to cause unstable engine operation,and even sudden stalling of the vehicle.Aiming at the above problems,a fuzzy PID algorithm for idle speed control is studied.In this study,the speed sensor is used to track the actual idle speed of the automobile engine in real time,and the multiple linear regression method is used to predict the target idle speed.The difference between the actual idle speed and the target idle speed is calculated.With this as the input,the fuzzy PID is used to calculate the control quantity and realize the engine idle speed control.The results show that the goodness of fit of the control algorithm based on fuzzy PID reaches the relative maximum value,and the average absolute value error reaches the relative minimum value,which shows that the idle speed control accuracy is higher and closer to the expected value under the control of the algorithm studied,which greatly improves the driving quality of the new energy vehicles with increased programs.
