摘　　要：针对压力变送器产线传统物流方式的低效问题以及传统提升机的掉箱问题,对配送路径取值进行了仿真建模,对双向传输机制、料堆容错、坍塌保护、倾斜保护、防坠保护进行了设计,提出了一种国产PLC与物流自动化和管理可视化相结合的物流设计方案。方案汇集了GCSContrix组态以及人机界面组态,论证了任务值的产生机制、提升电机曲线控制优越性。该研究设计对国产PLC在物流自动化领域的应用起到积极推进作用。Aiming at the low efficiency of the traditional logistics mode of the pressure transmitter production line and the box dropping problem of the traditional elevator,the simulation modeling of the value of the distribution path was carried out,and the two-way transmission mechanism,pile fault tolerance,collapse protection,tilt protection and fall protection were designed.A logistics design scheme combining domestic PLC with logistics automation and management visualization was proposed.The scheme integrates GCSContrix configuration and man-machine interface configuration,and demonstrates the generation mechanism of task value and the superiority of lifting motor curve control.The research and design play a positive role in promoting the application of domestic PLC in the field of logistics automation.
