摘 要:考虑古籍阅览室温湿度对古籍的存储重要性,设计基于STM32单片机的古籍阅览室温湿度自动化检测和控制系统,提高古籍阅览室温湿度自动化检测和控制能力。系统温湿度检测模块通过多台SHT11温湿度传感器检测古籍阅览室温湿度数据,并采用最小二乘方法融合多传感器检测温湿度数据,实现古籍阅览室温湿度自动化检测,当检测到温湿度异常时,报警模块会向应用模块发送报警信息;温湿度控制模块以STM32单片机为核心硬件构建温湿度控制器,以通信模块传输的融合后温湿度数据为依据,采用模糊PID得出古籍阅览室温湿度控制量,并对业务模块空调机下发温湿度控制指令,实现古籍阅览室温湿度自动化控制;古籍阅览室管理人员可在应用模块查看古籍阅览室温湿度异常情况及控制结果。实验结果说明:该系统温湿度检测平均误差低于0.03℃和1.1%,响应时间平均为389.6 ms,温度控制误差和湿度控制误差分别平均为0.28℃和0.47%,降温效率提升了约29%。Considering the importance of room temperature and humidity for the storage of ancient books,an automatic detection and control system for room temperature and humidity in ancient book reading based on STM32 microcontroller is designed to improve the automatic detection and control capabilities of room temperature and humidity in ancient book reading.The temperature and humidity detection module of the system detects the room temperature and humidity data of ancient book reading through multiple SHT11 temperature and humidity sensors,and uses the least squares method to fuse the temperature and humidity data of multiple sensors to achieve automatic detection of room temperature and humidity in ancient book reading.When abnormal temperature and humidity are detected,the alarm module will send an alarm message to the application module;The temperature and humidity control module uses the STM32 microcontroller as the core hardware to construct a temperature and humidity controller.Based on the fused temperature and humidity data transmitted by the communication module,a fuzzy PID is used to obtain the control amount of room temperature and humidity for ancient book reading.The temperature and humidity control command is issued to the business module air conditioner to achieve automatic control of room temperature and humidity for ancient book reading;The management personnel of the ancient book reading room can view the abnormal temperature and humidity of the ancient book reading room and the control results in the application module.The experimental results show that the average temperature and humidity detection error of the system is less than 0.03℃and 1.1%,the average response time is 389.6ms,and the average temperature control error and humidity control error are 0.28℃and 0.47%,respectively.The cooling efficiency has been improved by about 29%.
