摘 要:基于理论和实验对电力变压器绕组故障进行了分析。变压器绕组故障一般是由于短路电流的机械效应引起的,频率和时间诊断方法(SFRA方法-扫频响应分析,冲击测试)广泛应用于变压器的测量和故障诊断。通过SFRA方法和时间冲击实验对变压器绕组的线圈进行了诊断,该方法优势在于其对线圈的细微变形有很大的敏感性。同时,引入了一种基于不同类型的电力高压变压器诊断技术来分析短路电流的影响。分析表明,短路电流的大小对电力变压器的运行状况有重要联系。该方法也可用于其他类型的变压器。此外,所提出的技术还可以拓宽应用于电机等电气设备的故障诊断。The winding faults of power transformer are analyzed based on theory and experiment.Transformer winding faults are generally caused by the mechanical effect of short circuit current.Frequency and time diagnosis methods(SFRA method sweep frequency response analysis,impulse test)are widely used in transformer measurement and fault diagnosis.In this paper,the SFRA method and time impact test are used to diagnose the windings of transformer windings.The advantage of this method is that it is very sensitive to the subtle deformation of windings.At the same time,this paper introduces a diagnosis technology based on different types of power high-voltage transformer to analyze the influence of short-circuit current.The analysis shows that the short-circuit current has an important relationship with the operation of power transformers.This method can also be used for other types of transformers.In addition,the technology proposed in this paper can also be widely used in fault diagnosis of electrical equipment such as motors.
