摘　　要：研究基于校验机制的智能抄表自动核算优化方法,改善人工抄表方式存在的抄表核算精度差、浪费大量人力的缺陷,简化和规范整个核算集约工作流程。利用智能电能表采集台区用户的用电数据,通过远程校准误差检测方法检测采集的电能表数据,并且计算不同智能电能表的数据采集误差,利用自诊断方法依据电能表误差计算结果执行校验机制,上传校验机制执行结果至电力企业营销系统中,结合企业营销系统计算不同用户的电费,实现智能抄表自动核算。实验结果表明,该方法利用校验机制有效优化智能抄表自动核算方法,智能电能表的数据采集误差均低于1%,降低了核算集约工作时长,该方法为电力企业的电力营销提供良好的数据基础,优化了核算集约工作流程。Research the automatic accounting optimization method of intelligent meter reading based on the verification mechanism,and improve the defects of poor meter reading accounting accuracy and waste of a lot of manpower in the manual meter reading method,simplify and standardize the entire accounting intensive workflow.Use the smart energy meter to collect the electricity consumption data of users in the station area,use the remote calibration error detection method to detect the collected energy meter data,calculate the data acquisition error of different smart energy meters,and use the self-diagnosis method to execute the calibration mechanism based on the error calculation results of the energy meter,upload the execution results of the verification mechanism to the power enterprise marketing system,combined with the enterprise marketing system to calculate the electricity bills of different users,and realize the automatic accounting of intelligent meter reading.The experimental results show that the method effectively optimizes the automatic calculation method of smart meter reading by using the verification mechanism,and the data acquisition error of the smart energy meter is less than 1%,the working time of intensive accounting is reduced,and the method provides a good data basis for power marketing of electric power enterprises,and optimizes the working process of intensive accounting.
