摘  要:如今燃煤电厂进行污泥掺烧,已经成为城市污泥处理的有效方式之一,同时也给燃煤电厂带来了良好的经济效益。但是污泥掺烧也对燃煤机组的安全、经济运行带来了多方面的不利影响,亟需进行必要的优化。文章结合300 MW燃煤机组的实际情况,对污泥掺烧在机组出力、制粉系统运行、环保排放等多方面带来的诸多不利影响进行了深度剖析,并针对性地提出了具体应对措施,为我国燃煤电厂污泥掺烧运行优化管理提供一些参考建议。Nowadays,co firing of sludge from coal﹣fired power plants has become one of the effective methods for urban sludge treatment,and has also brought good economic benefits to coal﹣fired power plants.However,sludge blending has also brought various adverse effects on the safety and economic operation of coal﹣fired units,and necessary optimization is urgently needed.Based on the actual situation of 300 MW coal﹣fired power plants,this article deeply analyzes the many adverse effects of sludge blending on unit output,pulverizing system operation,environmental protection emissions,and proposes specific response measures.It provides some reference suggestions for the optimization and management of sludge blending operation in coal﹣fired power plants in China.
