我国可再生能源电力配额及其交易现状与发展策略分析

摘　　要：现如今,可再生资源企业与电力市场之间的矛盾不断扩大,已无法适应当前配额交易现状。基于此,文章分析了我国可再生能源电力配额及其交易现状与发展。分析我国可再生能源发展意义;论述我国可再生能源电力配额交易现状,研究与电力市场之间的交易矛盾;从确定电力配额指标、设立电力市场监管机构、建立可再生能源电力配额交易体系3个方面,提出可再生能源电力配额交易发展策略。旨在消除可再生能源电力配额与电力市场之间的矛盾,为可再生能源的进一步发展提供条件。Nowadays,the contradiction between renewable resource enterprises and the electricity market is expanding,making it difficult to adapt to the current status of quota trading.Based on this,analyze the current situation and development of renewable energy electricity quotas and their trading in China.Analyze the significance of renewable energy development in China and elaborate on the importance of renewable energy;Discuss the current situation of renewable energy electricity quota trading in China,and study the trading contradictions between energy and electricity markets;Propose development strategies for renewable energy electricity quotas from three aspects:determining electricity quota indicators,establishing electricity market regulatory agencies,and establishing a renewable energy electricity quota trading system.By analyzing the current trading situation and development strategies,the aim is to eliminate the contradiction between energy quotas and the electricity market,and provide conditions for the further development of renewable energy.
