摘 要:局部放电问题是制约固体绝缘环网柜开发与推广的一个瓶颈。为了能够有效解决固体绝缘环网柜局部放电问题,文章试图从局部放电的成因和分类出发,针对固体绝缘环网柜中开关模块的结构特征,对局部放电产生的主要原因及关键部位展开了深入的探讨与分析。并通过关键部位加屏蔽的方法,利用有限元软件对关键位置进行了电场分析与优化,从而提出相应的改进措施。通过实验表明,这些改进措施有效解决了固体绝缘环网柜的局部放电问题,具有较好的工业化应用前景。The problem of partial discharge is a bottleneck that restricts the development and promotion of solid insulated ring network cabinets.In order to effectively solve the problem of partial discharge in solid insulated ring network cabinet,this paper attempts to start from the causes and classification of partial discharge,and based on the structural characteristics of switch modules in solid insulated ring network cabinet,the main causes and key parts of partial discharge are deeply discussed and analyzed.And through the method of adding shielding to key positions,the electric field analysis and optimization of key positions were carried out using finite element software,and corresponding improvement measures were proposed.Experiments show that these improvement measures effectively solve the partial discharge problem of solid insulated ring network cabinet,and have a good industrial application prospect.
