摘  要:TC4F型超超临界660 MW汽轮机组作为目前常用的机组型号,普遍存在汽轮机轴承振动过大的问题。文章针对某TC4F型超超临界660 MW汽轮机组运行过程中存在的振动问题,分析了TC4F型超超临界660 MW汽轮机组运行过程中振动相关的运行因素,并将相关运行要素研究成果应用于消除轴振过大现象,取得一定的成果。The TC4F ultra supercritical 660 MW steam turbine unit,as a commonly used unit model,generally suffers from excessive vibration of turbine bearings.In response to the vibration problem during the operation of a TC4F ultra supercritical 660 MW steam turbine unit,the operational factors related to vibration during the operation of the TC4F ultra supercritical 660 MW steam turbine unit were analyzed.And apply the research results of relevant operational elements to eliminate the phenomenon of excessive shaft vibration,achieving certain results.
