摘  要:文章阐述了某电厂汽轮机5、6号轴承振动突然增大,5X/5Y/5V、6X/6Y/6V分别由20/25/17μm、47/56/39μm升高至77/60/83μm、116/150/>100μm,其它轴承振动正常,运行部门随即将负荷由585 MW降至550 MW运行。经现场检查和分析,初步怀疑B低压转子部件脱落,导致汽轮机振动异常。电厂向调度申请后停机进行检查和处理,未发现B低压转子和低发联轴器平衡块存在异常,B低压缸末级叶片未见异常,B低压缸内部其他各级叶片无法检查。随后对B低压缸进行配重处理,次日15:57,机组并网成功,轴承振动正常,但存在一定波动,运行人员严密监视,振动异常时,按照运行规程处理。This article describes the sudden increase in vibration of bearings 5 and 6 of a certain power plant’s steam turbine,with 5X/5Y/5V and 6X/6Y/6V increasing from 20/25/17 um and 47/56/39 um to 77/60/83 um and 116/150/>100 um,respectively.The vibration of other bearings is normal,and the operation is about to reduce the load from 585 MW to 550 MW.After on﹣site inspection and analysis,it is preliminarily suspected that the B low﹣pressure rotor component has fallen off,causing abnormal vibration of the turbine.The power plant shut down for inspection and processing after applying to the dispatch,and no abnormalities were found in the balance blocks of the B low﹣pressure rotor and low﹣pressure coupling.No abnormalities were found in the last stage blades of the B low﹣pressure cylinder,and other stages of blades inside the B low﹣pressure cylinder could not be inspected.Subsequently,the B low﹣pressure cylinder was subjected to counterweight treatment.At 15:57 the next day,the unit was successfully connected to the grid,and the bearing vibration was normal,but there were certain fluctuations.The operating personnel closely monitored and handled the abnormal vibration according to the operating procedures.
