摘　　要：中小型水电站的运营管理不仅需要保证水电站的运行人员能从事日常的运行维护工作,同时还需要对员工的技能素养以及现场管理水平进行提升。文章针对当前中小型水电站运营管理中存在的问题进行分析,提出科学、可行的对策。The operation and management of small and medium﹣sized hydropower stations not only requires the operators of hydropower stations to engage in daily operation and maintenance work,but also requires the skills of employees and the on﹣site management level.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation and management of small and medium﹣sized hydropower stations,and puts forward scientific and feasible countermeasures.
