摘　　要：基础设施建设是国家发展及构建和谐社会的重要内容。近年来,国家对基础设施投资项目重视程度越来越大,由于资金需求远远大于供给,在一定程度上限制了我国基础设施建设发展。为了加强基础设施投资项目建设,应注重财务管理,把控建设成本,发挥财政资金及社会资金的最大效益。文章主要研究探讨基础设施投资项目财务评价中存在的问题,并提出改善措施,以此推动我国基础设施建设,促进我国经济及社会稳定发展。Infrastructure construction is an important part of national development and the construction of a harmonious society.In recent years,China has attached increasing importance to infrastructure investment projects.Due to the fact that the demand for funds far exceeds the supply,it has to some extent restricted the development of China's infrastructure construction.In order to strengthen the construction of infrastructure investment projects,more attention should be paid to financial management,controlling construction costs,and maximizing the benefits of financial and social funds.The article mainly studies and explores the problems in financial evaluation of infrastructure investment projects,and proposes improvement measures to promote China's infrastructure construction and promote stable economic and social development.
