中国式现代化金融的改革方向与战略构想

摘　　要：中国式现代化金融是中国式现代化的核心组成部分。当前,中国金融存在金融供给体系无法满足中国式现代化建设需求、金融监管滞后于金融市场化创新化改革、金融领域开放程度低且一直游离于国际金融体系之外等困境。为此,必须通过健全金融资源配置功能、金融基础设施、金融安全体系、金融开放保障,以推进中国式现代化金融建设。具体来说,中国式现代化金融建设要秉承服务性、效益性、安全性、人民性、法治化、市场化和国际化七大基本准则,履行服务现代化产业体系建设、助力生态文明建设、促进实现共同富裕、推进新型城镇化、赋能基础教育与科技创新等基本使命,助力中华民族实现伟大复兴的中国梦。Chinese-style modernized finance is the core component of Chinese-style modernization.At present,there are many difficulties in China's finance,such as the financial supply system can't meet the needs of Chinese-style modernization,financial regulation lags behind the reform of financial marketization and innovation,and the financial sector is not open enough and has been outside the international financial system.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the allocation function of financial resources,financial infrastructure,financial security system and financial opening guarantee to promote the construction of Chinese-style modernized finance.Specifically,the construction of Chinese-style modernized finance should adhere to the seven basic principles of service,profitability,security,people orientation,rule of law,marketization and internationalization,fulfill the basic missions of serving the construction of modern industrial system,helping ecological civilization,promoting common prosperity,promoting new urbanization,enabling basic education and scientific and technological innovation,and help the Chinese nation realize the Chinese Dream of great rejuvenation.
