摘  要:加氢脱硫技术广泛应用于国内外清洁油品生产,目前硫化钼基催化剂是工业中最主要的加氢脱硫催化剂。Co和Ni等金属掺杂可以精细调变MoS_(2)活性相微观结构和反应机理,极大地提升了其催化性能,使其成为加氢脱硫领域的研究热点。本文综述了过渡金属掺杂MoS_(2)基催化剂的研究进展:首先概述了过渡金属掺杂MoS_(2)基催化剂制备方法;其次在原子水平上讨论了过渡金属的引入对MoS_(2)活性相微观结构的影响;并对3种噻吩类含硫化合物在MoS_(2)基催化剂上的加氢脱硫反应机理进行了总结;最后汇总了近期过渡金属掺杂MoS_(2)基加氢脱硫催化剂的研究成果。Hydrodesulfurization(HDS)is widely used to produce cleaning oil fuels in the world.Molybdenum sulfide(MoS_(2))based catalysts are the major HDS catalysts in current practical industry,and their catalytic performances can be significantly enhanced via doping the transition metals such as cobalt,nickel,etc.And it is found that the boosted activities of MoS_(2)-based catalysts for HDS are originated from the effects of the doped transition metals on the fine regulation of active phase microstructure and their corresponding HDS mechanisms.Therefore,the studies of the doped MoS_(2)-based catalysts have received growing attention both academia and industry.In this paper,we firstly review the recent progresses of the transition metals promoted MoS_(2)-based catalysts in HDS,then introduce various promising strategies to fabricate the doped MoS_(2)-based catalysts.Next,we systematically demonstrated the variations of MoS_(2) structure and morphology by transition metals in atomic-scale and overview the catalytic mechanisms of HDS of thiophene and its derivatives on MoS_(2)-based catalysts.In addition,we further summarize the recent attractive developments in the doped MoS_(2)-based catalysts for HDS.
