摘  要:空气污染已经成为世界各国和地区面临的主要环境问题和公共卫生问题之一。确定特定时空条件下的空气污染水平,实时动态评估空气污染健康风险成为当前研究的热点。本文对空气污染暴露健康风险评价的已有研究进行综述,并提出一种提高其时空分辨率的研究思路。首先结合模型方法来提高环境浓度数据的时空分辨率,然后基于手机信令数据为暴露评价提供实时动态的暴露路径和微环境的暴露浓度,最终利用实时动态的暴露浓度替代常规评价中的环境浓度,实现居民空气污染暴露健康风险实时动态评价。Air pollution has become one of the major environmental and public health problems faced by countries and regions around the world.Determining the air pollution level at a given time and place and dynamically assessing the real-time health risk related to air pollution exposure has become a research hotspot.This paper summarized the existing research on the assessment methods of health risk related to air pollution exposure and pointed out a direction to improve the temporal and spatial resolution of risk assessment for future research.Firstly,the environmental concentration of the air pollution with the high temporal and spatial resolution was obtained by a modeling method.Then based on mobile phone signal data,this research provided a dynamic real-time exposure path and micro-environment exposure concentration for exposure assessment.Finally,dynamic real-time exposure concentration was used to replace the environmental concentration in the conventional assessment method,and the dynamic assessment of the real-time health risk related to air pollution exposure was realized.
