摘　　要：通过调研现行民用无人机操作员(飞手/驾驶员)培训体系,分析了无人机操作员培训现状,并结合当前主流培训考核及执照(合格证)认定标准,按照消防救援队伍当前无人机应用分级、分类人员能力素质需求,对消防用无人机操作员的理论基础知识及基本技能要求进行了梳理,并创造性地对消防无人机应用技能进行了探索,初步构建了消防无人机操作员培训体系框架,为下一步的工作开展提供了有效的调查研究。By investigating the current civil drone operator training system,the paper analyzes the current situation of drone operator training.Combined with the current mainstream training assessment and licensing(certificate of conformity)certification standards,according to the current drone application classification and classification personnel ability and quality requirements of fire and rescue teams,the theoretical basic knowledge and basic skills requirements of fire drone operators are sorted out.The fire drone application skills are creatively explored,and the fire drone operator training system framework is initially constructed,which provides an effective investigation and research for the next step.
