摘　　要：就一起中心火场人员均遇难的火灾进行调查,在对关键人员询问笔录缺失的情况下,依据现场勘验、其他人员询问笔录,以及监控录像、通话记录等电子物证综合分析该起火灾事实,最终认定火灾性质是放火。Through the investigation of a fire in which all personnel at the central fire site were killed,in the case of missing transcripts of key personnel inquiries,the facts of the fire were comprehensively analyzed based on electronic physical evidence such as scene examinations,transcripts of other personnel inquiries,surveillance videos,and call records.It was eventually determined that the fire cause was arson.
