摘　　要：分析了居民住宅区消防安全现状及火灾隐患特点,阐述了建立小额处罚审批网络的实际意义,梳理了小额处罚审批网络的流程,希望对降低居民住宅区“小火亡人”事故发生概率提供一定的参考。The paper analyzes the current situation of fire safety in residential areas and the characteristics of fire hazards,expounds the practical significance of establishing a small penalty approval network,and sorts out the process of the small penalty approval network,hoping to provide some reference for reducing the probability of"death from small scale fire"accidents in residential areas.
