摘 要:建筑消防给水设备对于维持基本应用安全具有重要意义,通过对相关设备的智能化维护保养方式进行研究,可以了解当前体系存在的主要问题,并明确全新方案所具有的主要优势。在阐述消防给水设备概念与维护保养意义的基础上,通过对比当前相关系统运行现状,分析了智能化维护保养方案的应用优势、主要原理、运行方式。研究发现,智能化维护保养系统能够解决建筑消防给水设备存在的主要痛点,可以显著提高相关体系稳定性,减少出现意外问题的概率。因此,智能化维护保养体系在建筑消防给水设备管理工作中具有重要应用价值,应当进行深入探索与推广,确保其能够与相关体系深度结合,实现理想的辅助运行目标。Building fire water supply equipment is of great significance for maintaining basic application safety.By studying the intelligent maintenance methods of related equipment,we can understand the main problems existing in the current system and clarify the main advantages of the new solution.On the basis of expounding the concept and maintenance significance of fire water supply equipment,by comparing the current operation status of related systems,the application advantages,main principles and operation methods of intelligent maintenance schemes are analyzed.The study found that the intelligent maintenance system can solve the main pain points of building fire water supply equipment,can significantly improve the stability of related systems,and reduce the probability of unexpected problems.Therefore,the intelligent maintenance system has important application value in the management of building fire water supply facilities,and should be deeply explored and promoted to ensure that it can be deeply integrated with related systems to achieve ideal auxiliary operation goals.
