摘  要:针对尼龙6(polyamide6,PA6)纤维的易燃问题,本文制备了一种新型氮磷协效阻燃剂,通过挤出造粒共混制备尼龙阻燃母粒,采用纺丝机进行熔融纺丝,制备出阻燃改性PA6纤维,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(fourier transform infrared spectra,FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffractometry,XRD)、热重分析仪(thermogravimetric analysis,TGA)和差示扫描量热仪(differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)对纤维结构进行表征,同时对PA6纤维红外光谱、热性能和XRD进行分析,并对改性PA6纤维的阻燃性能与机械性能进行测试。实验结果表明,随着阻燃剂添加量的增大,PA6的LOI值逐渐增大,当添加量达到12%时,极限氧指数达到31.5%,极大地提高了PA6的阻燃性能;另外,加入阻燃剂后,PA6纤维的拉伸断裂强度有一定程度的下降,并且随着阻燃剂质量分数的增加,拉伸强度下降越明显。结果表明,阻燃剂的加入较大提高了PA6纤维的阻燃性能,降低了PA6的结晶度,在一定程度上降低了拉伸断裂强度。该研究对进一步提高PA6纤维应用范围具有重要意义。In response to the problems of low oxygen limiting index and high flammability of nylon 6(PA6)fibers,a new nitrogen phosphorus synergistic flame retardant was prepared in this paper.Nylon flame-retardant masterbatch is prepared by extrusion granulation blending,and melt spinning is carried out using a spinning machine to prepare flame-retardant modified PA6 fibers.The fiber structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Simultaneously we analyze the infrared spectrum,thermal properties,and XRD of PA6 fibers,and test the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of modified PA6 fibers.The experimental results show that with the increase of the amount of flame retardant added,the LOI value of PA6 gradually increases.When the addition amount reaches 12%,the ultimate oxygen index reaches 31.5%,greatly improving the flame retardancy of PA6;In addition,after adding flame retardants,the tensile fracture strength of PA6 fibers decreases to a certain extent,and the decrease in tensile strength becomes more pronounced with the increase of flame retardant mass fraction.The addition of flame retardants reduces the crystallinity of PA6 and significantly improves the flame retardancy of PA6 fibers,but to some extent reduces their tensile fracture strength.This study is of great significance for further improving the application range of PA6.
