摘 要:针对地下室存在的频繁漏水和防水材料经久性能衰弱等问题,本文以实验室及防水工程项目为例,主要对SBS改性沥青防水卷材和SBC聚乙烯丙纶复合防水卷材的性能进行理论分析。分别进行20个试件的防水材料冻融干湿循环试验,10个试件的剥离强度试验和10对试件的搭接接缝撕裂强度试验,并在37座地下室防水工程项目上进行渗漏水试验。研究结果表明,在冻融干湿循环实验中,SBC材料样本比SBS材料更耐受,其中5次冻融干湿循环,部分或全部分离率只有20%,而SBS材料分离率达到了100%,充分验证了该材料的耐久性;在剥离强度试验中,SBC平均剥离强度为3.04 N/mm;在搭接接缝撕裂强度试验中,SBC的平均撕裂强度为1.58 N/mm。说明SBC乙烯丙纶复合防水卷材综合性能高于SBS改性沥青防水卷材,而且SBC的铺贴在混凝土板上粘结结实,能与混凝土板形成整体防水,使地下室混凝土墙防水性能更优。在实际工程项目应用中,20座地下室不渗漏的优良率达100%,验证结果表明整体防水效果较好。该研究具有较大的工程应用价值。In this paper,the performance analysis of waterproof materials has been carried out from theory to practice,from laboratory to waterproof engineering projects.The freeze-thaw dry wet cycle test of waterproof materials of 20 specimens,the peel strength test of 10 specimens,and the tear strength test of lap joints of 10 pairs of specimens have been carried out in the laboratory.Compared with other materials,SBC material samples can withstand freeze-thaw dry and wet cycles.After 5 freeze-thaw dry and wet cycles,the partial or total separation rate is only 20%,which verifies the durability of this material.In the peel strength test,the average peel strength of SBC is 3.04 N/mm.In the lap joint tear strength test,the average tear strength of SBC is 1.58 N/mm.The comprehensive performance is higher than that of other waterproof coiled materials.The water leakage of 37 basements has been verified in the waterproof engineering project,and it is concluded that the paving of SBC is firmly bonded to the concrete slab,which can form an overall waterproof with the concrete slab and make the waterproof performance of the concrete wall of the basement better.In the application of practical engineering projects,the excellent rate of 20 basements without leakage is 100%,which verifies the overall waterproof effect.This research has great engineering application value.
