摘  要:三尖瓣关闭不全(TR)是较为常见的心脏瓣膜疾病,其发病率高,治疗难度大。近年来,经导管三尖瓣置换术(TTVR)已成为目前心脏介入治疗TR的主要方式之一。但由于三尖瓣是空间立体结构,具有复杂的瓣下结构,病变多样化,传统的经食管超声和CT分析都具有一定的局限性。随着心血管三维(3D)打印技术的不断发展,可以利用3D打印的心脏模型提供更多传统影像学检查难以显示的丰富信息。近年来三尖瓣的数字化建模及3D打印方法取得了实质性的进展和突破,已成为TTVR围手术期评估的重要方法和手段。本综述着重就3D打印在TTVR术中应用的现状、研究进展以及未来发展方向进行了阐述。Objective Tricuspid regurgitation(TR)is a relatively common heart valvular disease.Although the incidence is relatively high and the treatment is difficult,TR is still referred to as the"forgotten valve"because of its limited cases to accept surgical treatment.In recent years,transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement(TTVR)has become one of the main methods of interventional treatment for TR.However,the tricuspid valve is a three-dimensional structure with complex sub-valvular structures and diversified lesions,traditional transesophageal echocardiography and computed tomography assessment have certain limitations.With the continuous development of cardiovascular 3D printing technology,3D printed models can be used to provide rich information which is difficult to show in traditional imaging examinations.Furthermore,the digital modeling and 3D printing have made substantial progress and breakthroughs,and have become an important means of perioperative evaluation of TTVR.This review focuses on the application of 3D printing in transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement in the present situation,research progress and future development direction.
