摘  要:前柳林泵站机组手动操作停机时,出现无法及时打开真空破坏阀的现象,导致机组倒转时间较长,影响机组安全。为解决这种弊端,文章在现有的控制回路中增加一个中间继电器和一个时间继电器,并增设上下限位行程开关接入控制回路,调整时间继电器的动作时间,可以控制真空破坏阀的打开时间,从而满足机组完成停机所需的时间,此问题的解决思路和设想,对同类虹吸式泵站工程运行出现类似情况时可提供参考。During manual shutdown of the units at Qianliulin Pumping Station,a phenomenon has been observed where the vacuum breaker fails to open promptly,resulting in prolonged unit reversal time and compromising unit safety.To address this issue,this paper proposes the addition of an intermediate relay and a time relay to the existing control circuit.Furthermore,the inclusion of upper and lower limit travel switches in the control circuit is suggested.By adjusting the operation time of the time relay,the opening time of the vacuum breaker can be controlled,thus ensuring that the units complete the shutdown within the required timeframe.The proposed solution and conceptual approach serve as reference for similar situations encountered during the operation of similar siphon pump station projects.
