摘 要:水利信息化是水利现代化的重要组成部分,疏勒河灌区良好的基础条件为流域水利信息化提升奠定了良好基础,为灌区现代化建设提供了保障。本文通过疏勒河灌区水利信息化的应用实践,总结了建设过程中存在的缺乏统一合适的单元工程质量评定标准、数据可靠性有待提高及智能化预报预警开发深度不足等问题,提出了及时制定水利信息化项目质量评定标准、注重水利信息化项目数据管理等对策建议,旨在为进一步提升规范化、标准化、智能化的水利信息化建设管理提供参照。Water conservancy informatization is an important component of modern water conservancy management,and the favorable conditions in Shule River irrigation area provide a solid foundation for the improvement of water informatization in the basin and guarantee the modernization of the irrigation area.This paper summarizes the application and practice of water conservancy informatization in Shule River irrigation area,highlighting the lack of unified and appropriate unit project quality assessment standards,the need to improve data reliability,and the insufficient development of intelligent forecasting and early warning systems.To address these issues,it proposes timely formulation of quality assessment standards for water conservancy informatization projects and emphasizes data management for such projects.These recommendations aim to serve as a reference for further enhancing the standardized,standardized,and intelligent management of water conservancy informatization construction.
