摘  要:针对电火花加工装备的智能化和兼容性,以模块化理念设计了一种基于微软Windows操作系统和“腾讯通”RTX平台的开放式六轴数控系统。通过模块化封装不同数字采集板卡的驱动程序,提高系统的适配能力。基于指令集同步解析方法,设计了数控程序解析器,实现了数控程序的高效解析。结果表明:模块化的系统架构降低了各功能间的功能耦合,提高了系统稳定性与抗干扰能力;基于航空叶片加工试验和群孔加工试验的结果,该六轴数控系统具备良好的可行性和可靠性。An open six-axis linkage EDM CNC system based on Windows and RTX platform was designed.The system meets the demand for the intelligent and compatible needs of EDM equipment,with the concept of modularization,all the software and hardware was designed especially.By modularizing the package of drivers for different digital input/output boards,improving the system's adaptability,through the CNC program parser designed based on the instruction set synchronous parsing method,realizing the efficient parsing of CNC programs.The design architecture based on the concept of modularity reduces the coupling between functions and provides system stability and anti-interference capability.Based on the aerospace blade machining test and group holes machining test,CNC system of the six-axis CNC EDM small hole machining has the feasibility and reliability.
