摘 要:提出了一种摇动辅助的混粉高速电火花加工深微小孔的方法,探究了不同混粉粒径、不同浓度混粉溶液条件下,摇动辅助对电火花加工深微孔时的孔入口与出口直径差、材料去除率、电极相对损耗率、表面粗糙度和重铸层厚度的影响。结果表明:与无摇动辅助的情况相比,摇动辅助加工减小了深微孔的入、出口直径差,显著降低了孔的锥度;同时增大了材料去除率、降低了电极相对损耗率;虽然表面粗糙度和重铸层厚度略微增大,但整体加工效果得到改善。In previous study,when powder mixed EDM was used to drill deep micro holes,it was found that the drilled micro holes have a large taper.Therefore,this paper proposes a machining method of the powder mixed EDM drilling aided by planetary movement of electrode.The influence of the radius of planetary movement of electrode on the diameter difference between hole inlet and outlet of micro hole,material removal rate,electrode relative wear ratio,surface roughness and recast layer thickness is studied.The experimental results show that the taper of the drilled hole decreases significantly,the material removal rate increases,the electrode relative wear ratio decreases,the recast layer thickness and sufface roughness slightly increases by applying the planetary movement of electrode in powder mixed EDM drilling compared with those without planetary movement of electrode.The overall processing performance has been significantly improved.
