摘  要:目的为提高基层军医颅脑战伤损伤控制手术能力,采用枪弹伤动物模型进行模拟训练。方法以自行研发的实验动物致伤平台为基础,将家猪固定于致伤仪器上,瞄准眼角眶上缘0.5 cm处进行致伤,制成颅脑枪弹伤动物模型,根据实际伤情完成颅脑战伤损伤控制手术。在一线救治能力建设试点、任职培训班、整建制基地化训练等任务中进行应用。结果开展以动物模型为基础的颅脑战伤损伤控制手术模拟训练后,学员成绩提高了17.48%。结论野战医疗队的手术能力强于严重创伤损伤控制手术和复苏培训班手术组,更是强于一线救治能力建设试点单位基层部队手术组。本研究建立的动物模型及模拟训练流程有利于提高基层军医颅脑战伤损伤控制手术能力。Objective To improve the ability of grassroots military surgeons in craniocerebral combat injury control surgery,by simulation training through the gunshot wound animal mode.Methods Based on the self⁃developed experimental animal injury platform,the domestic pig was fixed on the injury instrument,the lesion site was at 0.5cm of the supraorbital margin of the eye corner to develop the animal model of craniocerebral gunshot wound,and then craniocerebral combat injury control surgery was performed according to practical conditions.After that,the combat injury control surgery was applied in such missions as the construction test site of first⁃line first aid,job training course and integrated base training.Results Following simulation training of craniocerebral combat injury control surgery based on the animal model,the training results increased by 17.48%.Conclusion The scores of the integrated base training medical team was higher than those of the on⁃the⁃job training group and the scores of on⁃the⁃job training group were higher than those of the first⁃line test surgery group.The animal model and simulation training procedures established in this study facilitate to improve the ability of basic military surgeons to control craniocerebral combat injuries.
