摘 要:目的研制一次性密闭式负压吸引器连接管冲洗接头,探讨其在气管切开患者临床护理中的应用。方法研制一次性密闭式负压吸引器连接管冲洗接头(专利号:ZL 202021684079.1)。于2020年9月至2021年9月选取解放军总医院第六医学中心高压氧科60名气管切开塑料套管患者作为研究对象,采取自身对照、重复测量的方式,每次吸痰后使用一次性密闭式负压吸引器连接管冲洗接头冲洗连接管的患者为试验组,每次吸痰后采用传统方式冲洗连接管的患者为对照组。对比2组操作时间,在连续使用第3天及第7天连接管头端和内壁细菌菌落数。结果试验组单次冲洗操作用时(5.238±0.116)s,对照组操作用时(11.580±0.271)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组与对照组连续使用第3天及第7天连接管头端及内壁细菌菌落数比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论本研究研制的一次性密闭式负压吸引器连接管冲洗接头可节省冲洗时间,降低密闭式冲洗连接管头端污染概率,并减少院内感染发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To develop the disposable flushing joint for hermetic negative⁃pressure suction connection and explore its application in the clinical nursing of the patients with tracheotomy.Methods The disposable flushing joint for hermetic negativepressure suction connection was developed in the hospital(Patent No.ZL 202021684079.1).60 patients with tracheotomy hospitalized in the Department of Hyperbaric Oxygen in the Sixth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were enrolled as study subjects,and detections were made by using self⁃control and repeated measurement.The patients who used the disposable flushing joint after every sputum suction were assigned as the experimental group,while the patients who used conventional flushing joint after every sputum suction were designated as the control group.Manipulation time and the number of bacterial colonies on head and the inner wall of the suction connection joint on the 3rd and 7th days were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The Manipulation time of the experimental group was(5.238±0.116)s,while that of the control group was(11.580±0.271)s.There was statistical significance,when comparisons were made between the two groups(P<0.01).There was also statistical significance in the number of bacterial colonies on the head and inner wall of suction connection joint tip on the 3rd and 7th days,when comparisons were made between them(P<0.01).Conclusion The utility disposable flushing joint for hermetic negative⁃pressure suction connection could save flushing time,decrease infection rate of hermetic negative⁃pressure suction connection tip.And it could also decrease the infection rate in the hospital.Therefore it is worth further clinical application.
