摘  要:为了研究双叶片潜污泵转子系统的动力学特性,该文基于流固耦合理论,采用ANSYS-CFX和ANSYS-Workbench软件对某型号潜污泵转子系统“干湿态”下固有频率和振型、临界转速进行了数值分析。结果表明:转子振型多为振摆以及扭转摆动,前两阶模态振型均表现为叶轮的对称左右摆动,最大位移都出现在叶轮轮缘区域和叶片出口区域。“湿态”下潜污泵转子固有频率比干态下有所降低,最小下降率2.8%,出现在第二阶模态;最大下降率21.3%,出现在第六阶模态。“湿态”下转子临界转速比“干态”下临界转速稍有下降。转子工作转速1 470 r/min远小于计算所得的前四阶临界转速,不会发生共振。In order to study the rotor dynamic characteristics of the double-blade submersible sewage pump,the ANSYS-CFX and ANSYS-Workbench are used to conduct numerical analysis of the natural frequency,mode shape and critical speed of the rotor system of a certain type of submersible sewage pump in dry and wet mode based on fluid structure coupling.The results show that most of the rotor vibration modes are swing and torsional oscillation;the first two orders are symmetric left and right oscillation of the impeller,and the maximum displacement occurrs in the impeller rim area and blade outlet area.The natural frequency of submersible sewage pump rotor in wet mode is lower than that in dry mode,with a minimum drop rate of 2.8%,which appears in the second order;the maximum drop rate is 21.3%,which occurrs in the sixth order.The critical speed of rotor in wet mode is slightly lower than that in dry mode.The working speed of the rotor is much less than the first four orders critical speeds of the rotor.It indicates that the rotor system would not resonate when operating at working speed.
