摘 要:永磁外转子提升机在多工况下的运行特性复杂,容易出现冲击、振动以及噪声等问题。针对这些问题,该文从永磁外转子提升机的结构和工作原理进行分析,采用数值模拟分析法研究了永磁外转子提升机在空载启动、重载启动工况下的运行特性及规律,结果表明:相比于空载启动工况,重载启动的转速、电磁转矩以及三相电流趋于稳定状态的用时较长、启动负载较大、速度波动较大。这种情况非常容易引起提升系统的冲击和振动此研究结果可为后期永磁外转子提升机智能控制和减小冲击振动的研究提供参考。The operation characteristics of the permanent magnet external rotor elevator under multiple working conditions are complex,and prone to impact,vibration and noise,etc.In view of these problems,through analyzing the structure and working principle of the permanent magnet external rotor hoist,the operating characteristics and rules under common working conditions of no-load startup and heavy-load startup are studied by using the method of numerical simulation and analysis.The results show that,compared with the no-load starting condition,it would take longer time for stabilization of the heavy-load starting speed,electromagnetic torque and three-phase current;the startup load is large,and the velocity fluctuates greatly,which is very easy to cause the impact and vibration of the lifting system.It provides a reference for intelligent control and research on reducing the impact and vibration of the permanent magnet rotor elevator in the later period.
