摘　　要：鸡白痢病(pullorum disease,PD)病原为鸡白痢沙门氏菌,主要引起鸡肠道炎症,感染后,鸡主要表现为拉“白色”稀粪,故而名为“鸡白痢”。抗生素治疗PD有效但隐患颇多,中草药防治鸡白痢由来已久,效果显著且不会增加病原微生物的耐药性。因此,从PD的病原学特点、对鸡白痢沙门氏菌有效中草药的研究和中草药抗菌的优势等方面,总结了近年来中草药防治鸡白痢的研究进展,为PD的中草药防治和临床应用提供依据。Pullorum disease(PD)is caused by Salmonella pullorum,which mainly causes intestinal inflammation in chickens.After infection,chickens mainly show“white”loose feces,so it is named“Pullorum”.Antibiotics are effective in the treatment of PD,but there are many hidden dangers.Chinese herbal medicine has a long history of preventing and treating pullorum,and the effect is remarkable and does not increase the resistance of pathogenic microorganisms.Therefore,this paper summarizes the research progress of Chinese herbal medicine in the prevention and treatment of pullorum in recent years through the etiological characteristics of PD,the research on effective Chinese herbal medicine for Salmonella pullorum,and the summary of the antibacterial advantages of Chinese herbal medicine,and provides a basis for the prevention and clinical application of Chinese herbal medicine for PD.
