自然越冬过程中鹿蹄草膜质过氧化及渗透调节物质含量的变化研究

摘  要:以鹿蹄草的叶片和根状茎为试验材料,通过测定自然越冬过程中鹿蹄草的MDA含量、保护酶系统与渗透调节物质含量,明确鹿蹄草的耐寒生理机制。结果表明:自然越冬过程中,鹿蹄草的MDA含量及SOD、POD、CAT活性均呈先上升后下降趋势,叶片的细胞保护酶活动较为剧烈,根状茎活动较为稳定;叶片和根状茎中脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量均表现为先上升后下降的变化趋势,各月份中根状茎的脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量始终高于叶片中,而叶片中的可溶性糖含量则要高于根状茎。Taking the leaves and rhizomes of Pyrola calliantha as experimental materials,the physiological mechanism of cold resistance of Pyrola calliantha was clarified by measuring the content of MDA,protective enzyme system and osmotic adjustment substances in the natural overwintering process.The results showed that during the natural overwintering process,the MDA content and the activities of SOD,POD and CAT enzymes of Pyrola calliantha increased first and then decreased.The activities of cytoprotective enzymes in leaves were more intense and the activities of rhizomes were more stable;the contents of proline,soluble protein and soluble sugar in leaves and rhizomes showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.In each month,the contents of proline and soluble protein in rhizomes were always higher than those in leaves,while the content of soluble sugar in leaves was higher than that in rhizomes.
