摘  要:[目的]明确胶冻样类芽孢杆菌Paenibacillus kribbensis(PS04菌株)对水稻纹枯病的防效以及对水稻的增产效果。[方法]利用PS04发酵液对水稻纹枯病菌进行平板抑制试验、离体防效试验、经模拟雨水不同时间冲洗后的防效试验、大田测产试验,确定PS04发酵液对水稻纹枯病的防治效果,确定最佳使用浓度,明确田间应用效果。[结果]平板抑制试验中,当PS04发酵液浓度为2.0%时对水稻纹枯病抑制率为84.16%。离体叶片试验中,PS04原液对水稻纹枯病的防效达71.63%。在大田应用试验中,PS04发酵液可显著抑制水稻纹枯病病害的发生并提高水稻产量性状。[结论]胶冻样类芽孢杆菌PS04能够有效抑制水稻纹枯病并在大田应用中能够显著提高水稻产量,具有良好的微生物源农药开发前景。[Objective]To clarify the disease prevention effect of jelly-like Bacillus Paenibacillus kribbensis(PS04 strain) and the yield increase in rice sheath blight.[Method] PS04 fermentation liquid was used to carry out plate inhibition test,isolated effect test,field effect test and field yield test after washing with simulated rainwater.The control effect of PS04 fermentation liquid on rice sheath blight,the optimal use concentration were determined,and the field application effect was clarified.[Result]In the plate inhibition test,the inhibition rate of rice sheath blight was 84.16% at 2.0% fermentation fluid concentration.In the isolated leaf test,the prevention effect of PS04 stock solution on rice sheath blight reached 71.63%.Then,the PS04 fermentation liquid had certain water resistance and adhesion.In the field application test,the PS04 fermentation liquid could significantly inhibit the occurrence of rice sheath blight disease and improve the rice yield traits.[Conclusion]Jelly-like Bacillus PS04 can effectively inhibit rice sheath blight and significantly improve rice yield in field application,which has a good prospect of microbial source pesticide development.
