摘  要:[目的]研究利用竖式好氧堆肥设备就地处理尾菜协同农业废弃物对尾菜堆肥效果的影响,建立尾菜就地好氧堆肥工艺体系。[方法]设立4组试验对尾菜协同稻壳、蘑菇渣2种辅料进行好氧堆肥处理,对物料无害化指标、减量化性质进行分析。[结果]经间歇动态堆肥处理4 d,堆体减重率为20.31%~29.08%,高温期(T≥55℃)的持续时间基本超过3 d,粪大肠菌群数和蛔虫卵死亡率符合无害化要求,添加稻壳的堆肥减量化、无害化效果优于添加蘑菇渣的堆肥。[结论]尾菜协同农业废弃物经就地好氧堆肥处理可有效实现减量化和无害化处理。[Objective]The aim was to investigate the composting effect of vegetable waste and agricultural waste with vertical aerobic composting equipment,establish aerobic composting technology for vegetable waste.[Method]Four groups of experiments were set up for aerobic composting of vegetable waste with two auxiliary materials,rice husk and mushroom residue,and the harmless indexes and reduction properties of the materials were analyzed.[Result]The results showed that after four days of intermittent dynamic composting treatment,the weight loss rate of the pile was 20.31% to 29.08%,the duration of the high temperature period(T≥55 ℃) was more than three days,the number of faecal coliform and the mortality rate of larvae eggs met the requirements of harmless,and the reduction and harmless effect of rice husk compost was better than that of mushroom residue compost.[Conclusion]In situ aerobic composting can effectively reduce and treat agricultural waste without harmful effects.
