摘 要:基于黄河流域2011—2020年的面板数据,运用超效率SBM模型对该流域农业生产效率进行测算,运用Tobit模型实证分析农业科研投入对该流域农业生产效率的影响。结果表明:(1)黄河流域在该阶段的农业生产并未达到完全有效,但整体仍表现出上升态势,整体向好趋势明显。(2)农业科研资金投入规模对黄河流域整体及各区域农业生产效率的影响均显著为正,农业科研资金投入强度对黄河流域及上游、下游农业生产效率的影响显著为正,对中游的影响显著为负;农业科研人力投入对黄河流域及上、中游农业生产效率的影响显著为正,对下游的影响显著为负。Based on the panel data of the Yellow River Basin from 2011 to 2020,this paper uses the super efficiency SBM model to measure the agricultural production efficiency of the basin,and uses the Tobit model to empirically analyze the impact of agricultural scientific research investment on the agricultural production efficiency of the basin.The results show that:①The agricultural production of the Yellow River Basin in this stage has not been fully effective,but it still shows an upward trend,and the overall trend is obvious.②The scale of agricultural scientific research investment has a significant positive impact on the overall agricultural production efficiency of the Yellow River Basin and each re⁃gion;the investment intensity of agricultural scientific research funds has a significant positive impact on the agricultural production efficiency of the Yellow River Basin and its upper and lower reaches.The impact on the middle reaches is significantly negative;the impact of agricultural research manpower input on agricultural production efficiency in the Yellow River Basin and the upper and middle reaches is significantly posi⁃tive,while the impact on the lower reaches is significantly negative.
