摘  要:为研究等离子体技术在电力设备绝缘缺陷修复方面的应用效果,本文开展了电缆终端硅橡胶绝缘裂纹缺陷的等离子体修复研究。在硅橡胶绝缘试样表面人工模拟划痕缺陷,以正硅酸乙酯为前驱物,氩气作为载气,通过等离子体射流平台对硅橡胶绝缘表面划痕开展修复实验,研究了等离子体处理时间对附件绝缘缺陷修复效果的影响,测量了等离子体修复前后绝缘样品的体积电阻率和沿面闪络电压。同时采用多针电极对修复前后的绝缘样品开展电晕老化实验,并对老化前后的样品表面特性进行了测量。结果表明:等离子体修复可以有效提高硅橡胶绝缘表面缺陷处的闪络电压和体积电阻率,当修复时间为4 min时,缺陷附近的绝缘特性接近完好试样;电晕老化导致绝缘分子链断裂,使绝缘缺陷处的电气性能进一步下降;经过等离子体修复后的绝缘样品,其体积电阻率、闪络电压和击穿场强在电晕老化后仍高于未修复的缺陷试样,表明等离子体修复硅橡胶绝缘样品的抗电晕老化效果较好。In order to study the effect of applying plasma technology in repairing silicone rubber insulation defects,the plasma repairing research on insulation crack defects in outdoor cable terminals was carried out.The scratch de-fect was artificially simulated on the insulating surface of the silicone rubber cable accessories.Using tetraethyl or-thosilicate(TEOS)as the precursor and argon as the carrier gas,the repair experiment was carried out on the sur-face of the silicone rubber insulation through the plasma jet platform.The effect of bulk treatment time on the repai-ring effect of insulation defects in accessories was measured,and the volume resistivity and creeping flashover volt-age of insulation samples before and after plasma repair were measured.At the same time,multi-needle electrodes were used to carry out corona aging test on the insulation samples before and after repair,and the surface character-istics of the samples before and after aging were measured.The results show that plasma repair can effectively im-prove the flashover voltage and volume resistivity of defects on the surface of silicone rubber insulation.When the repair time is 4 minutes,the surface insulation properties near the defect are close to perfect insulation;corona ag-ing causes the insulation molecular chain to break.The electrical performance at the insulation defect is further re-duced;the volume resistivity,flashover voltage and breakdown field strength of the insulation sample after plasma repair are still higher than those of the unrepaired defect sample after corona aging,indicating that the effect of plasma repair of the anti-corona aging of silicone rubber insulation samples is better.
