摘 要:安全稳定控制装置作为电网保护系统的一部分,其运行可靠性一直受到广泛的研究。由于装置结构、运行功能等区别,一次设备和继电保护的可靠性评估方法难以直接应用于安控装置。为了实现安控装置的可靠性评估,本文提出了基于广义比例故障率模型的电网安控装置可靠性评估方法。利用协变量体现非内部因素对装置故障率的影响,构建故障率模型总结装置运行规律,并基于采集到的历史运行数据和状态监测量,通过拟合的方式,计算威布尔分布参数。基于计算所得参数,求解安控装置可靠性评价指标中的可靠度与复合故障概率,并评估安控装置的可靠性水平。最后,利用样本装置进行算例分析,证明本文方法在安控装置可靠性评估过程中的可行性。As a part of the power grid protection system,the operation reliability of the security and stability control device has been widely studied.Due to the difference of device structure and operation function,the reliability eval-uation methods of primary equipment and relay protection are difficult to be directly applied to security control de-vices.In order to realize the reliability evaluation of security control devices,this paper proposes a reliability evalu-ation method of power grid security control devices based on generalized proportional failure rate model.The two pa-rameter Weibull distribution and covariates are combined to build a failure rate model that conforms to the operation rules of the device.Based on the collected historical operation data and state monitoring quantity,the Weibull dis-tribution parameters are calculated by fitting.By using the above parameters,the reliability evaluation indexes of safety control devices,such as reliability function and composite failure probability,can be obtained to realize the reliability evaluation of safety control devices.Finally,the sample device is used to analyze an example to prove the feasibility of this method in the process of reliability evaluation of safety control devices.
