摘　　要：目的分析秦曼教授治疗小儿神经性尿频肾虚湿热型的用药规律。方法采集2021年1月至2022年11月的门诊记录,录入Microsoft Excel 2016并应用SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS Statistics 25进行数据挖掘。结果共纳入77例病例处方,包含中药91味,药性主要包括寒性、平性、温性,药味则以甘味、苦味及辛味为主,药物归经以肺经、胃经及肝经为主,其中高频药物15味,用药兼顾了清热解毒、利水渗湿等多个方面,分析得出药物关联规则20条;2个聚类方。结论秦曼教授对小儿神经性尿频肾虚湿热型的治疗重视清热利湿的同时固护肾气,而通过对病案处方的数据挖掘能较为全面地总结其用药规律,可为该病的临床诊疗提供一定的借鉴思路。Objective To analyze the medication rules of Professor Qin Man in the treatment of neurogenic frequent urination of kidney deficiency and dampness-heat type in children.Methods The outpatient records from January 2021 to November 2022 were collected and input into Microsoft Excel 2016.SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 25 were used for data mining.Results A total of 77 prescriptions were included,including 91 TCM herbs.The drug properties were mainly cold,calm and warm,and the tastes were mainly sweet,bitter and spicy,and the drug channels were mainly lung,stomach and liver channels.Among them,15 high-frequency drugs took into account many aspects of drug use,such as clearing heat and detoxifying and removing dampness.Twenty association rules of drugs and two clustering prescriptions were obtained after analysis.Conclusion Professor Qin Man pays attention to clearing heat and dispelling dampness while protecting kidney qi in the treatment of children with neurotic frequency urination of kidney deficiency and dampness-heat type.Through the data mining of medical records prescription,the medication rules can be summarized comprehensively,which can provide certain reference ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
